COMPLETE ENLIGHTENMENT SÙTRA

I heard like this:
At one time, Buddha Entered the Right-Meditation named Great Light Treasure of Ubiquitous Supernatural Power. That treasure is the place that keeps brilliantly the solemnity of all Buddhas, and also the Nature-of- Enligtenment-Wisdom which is very transparent and pure of all kinds of beings. Buddha Entered this Right-Meditation, so his Body and Mind were very quiet, identical with the ubiquitous universe nature, which means to be consistent with Non-Duality. This Non-Duality represents Pure world where Buddha and Ten Thousand  Mahàsattvas with the leaders such as Manjusri Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, Universal Vision Bodhisattva, Vajragarbha Bodhisattva, Maitreya Bodhisattva, Pure Wisdom Bodhisattva, Power and Virtue Unhindered Boddhisattva, Voice of Discernment Bodhisattva, Purifier of All Karmic Hindrances Bodhisattva, Universal Enlightenment Bodhisattva, Perfect Enlightenment Bodhisattva and Most Excellent of Worthies Bodhisattva; these Bodhisattvas and their entourage, entered the  Right-Meditation, so they joined the Equal-Dharma-Congress of Buddha.

III . CHAPTER: UNIVERSAL VISION BODHISATVA

At that time, Universal Vision Bodhisatva was among The mass, from his seat stood up, then worshiped with his forehead as high as Buddha’s feet, according to the right tendency of Buddha, walked around Buddha three times, kneeled straight, joined his hands and said:

Buddha with great compassion, for the sake of Bodhisatvas in this Dharma Congress, and people in the final period, could You teach the Hierarchical Means that Bodhisatvas Conduct: How to Think? How to Dwell? And how to Convey it to people who have not known it?
Buddha, if they do not know how to Think and Dwell Accurately in accordance with the Accurate Means (Upaya), when listening to Buddha’s Like-Illusion Right-Meditation teachings, they will find them obscure, become aberrant, cannot Enter Complete Enlightenment. Buddha with compassion, for the sake of us and subsequent generations, please teach that Means.

After saying that, Universal Vision Bodhisatva put his five body – parts low-lying on the ground to worship Buddha. Bodhisatva made that request three times in that posture respectfully, after each time of request he started over again.

Then Buddha taught Universal Vision Bodhisatva:
Very well, Good son, for other Bodhisatvas, and subsequent generations, you ask Tathàgata the Hierarchical Means to Conduct-Practice: ask How to Think and How to Dwell when Conducting-Practicing, ask how to Convey those Artha. You should listen carefully, Tathagàta will expound.

Universal Vision Bodhisatva felt glad and together with The Mass listened quietly.

Buddha taught:
Good son, Bodhisatvas who have just conducted-learnt, and people in the final period, if wanting to find out Complete Enlightenment that Tathagàta realizes and is Enlightened about, must have Accurate Remembering-Thinking, Remembering and Thinking of Leaving Illusion, by first and foremost being Based on Samàtha-Action Dharma — The Action Dharma of Tathàgata’s Thinking Concentration, having to observe The Rules strictly, Arranging Disciples in order, and usually sitting in quiet rooms, always Remembering and Thinking like this.

Our Body is just a Combination of Four Elements (earth-water-wind-fire): those that are Solidity-Quality belong to Earth, those that are Liquid-Quality belong to Water, those that are Thermal-Force belong to Fire, those that are Dynamics belong to Wind. But those Four Elements are separate from one another, then What is The Thing called The Body? Thinking like that, we will know that the Ultimate end-Body doesn’t have Individual, it’s only a Combination Form, Essentially Illusory.

Because of the Four Elements as correlative factors that are combined in a Way that is Unreal, there exist Six Senses, also Existing in a Way that is Unreal. Then, the Six Senses inside and the Four Elements outside combine, so there exists in a Way that is Unreal the Clinging to Scenes, and while Conducting there seems to be an impression: like that is illusorily called Mind-Citta. Such Unreal Mind-Citta, if without the Six Scenes, is unable to exist. But because the Four Elements scatter, the Six Scenes are also unable to exist. Elements and Scenes scatter, so eventually no Mind-Citta can be found.

Good son, for that person, his Body like Illusion Terminates, then Mind-Citta like Illusion Terminates, Mind-Citta like Illusion Terminates, then Scenes like Illusion Terminates, Scenes like Illusion Terminates, then  Termination like Illusion also terminates, Termination like Illusion also terminates, then What Is Not Illusory will not Terminate, like cleaning the mirror, when all the dust is removed, Transparency and Brightness appear: Must know that Body-Mind is all dirty forms, dirty forms completely terminate, then the Universe will be Transparent and Bright.

Good son, like a Transparent Gemstone that reflects five colors, each color appears on a side, but ignorant people say that the Gemstone really has five colors. Similarly, Transparent Bright Complete Enlightenment reflects the images of Body-Citta adapting to each type, but ignorant people say that Complete Enlightenment has Body-Citta Forms. Therefore, they cannot Leave Dirty Illusion, and, to them, Tathagàta say Body-Citta are all Dirty Illusion; In contrast, Who Leaves Dirty Illusion is called Bodhisatva by Tathagàta; and Dirty Illusion terminates, then the contrast no longer exists: No dirt, no people  Leaving Dirt, no people with hypothetical name.

Good son, Bodhisatvas and subsequent generations, when having done the state of Illusion Termination, now see the boundless Transparency and Brightness, expressed by Transparent Bright Complete Enlightenment naturally like Infinite Space.

Complete Enlightenment is Transparent and Bright so Mind-Citta is Transparent and Bright, Mind-Citta is Transparent and Bright so The Seeing is Transparent and Bright: The Seeing is Transparent and Bright so the Faculty of the Eye is Transparent and Bright, the Faculty of the Eye is Transparent and Bright so Eye-Perception is Transparent and Bright; Eye-Perception is Transparent and Bright so The Hearing is Transparent and Bright: The Hearing is Transparent and Bright so the Faculty of the Ear is Transparent and Bright, the Faculty of the Ear is Transparent and Bright so Ear-perception is Transparent and Bright; Ear-perception is Transparent and Bright so Consciousness and The Knowing is Transparent, which means that the Faculty of the Nose, Nose-Perception, The Faculty of the Tongue, Tongue-Perception, The Faculty of the Body, Body-Perception and the Faculty of the Mind, Mind-Perception are all Transparent and Bright. The Faculties and Perception are Transparent and Bright so The Scenes are Transparent and Bright: Sight-Sound-Smell-Taste-Touch-Thought are Transparent and Bright. The Six Scenes are Transparent and Bright so the Four Elements are Transparent and Bright: Earth-Water-Fire-Wind are Transparent and Bright. The Four Elements are Transparent and Bright so The Twelve Àyatana (six faculties and six scenes), The Eighteen Dhàtu, and The Twenty Five Species (Kàmadhàtu:14, Rùpadhàtu:7, Arùpadhàtu:4) are Transparent and Bright.

All the above Dharmas are Transparent and Bright so The Ten Powers of Buddhas, The Four Fearlessness, The Four Unhindered Wisdom, The Eighteen Buddadharma, The Thirty Seven Bodhyanga, The Eighty Four Thousand Esoteric or Tantric sects and Methods are all Transparent and Bright.

Good son, all Dharmas’ Original Nature is Transparent and Bright so One Body is Transparent and Bright, One Body is Transparent and Bright so Many Bodies are Transparent and Bright, Many Bodies are Transparent and Bright so the Ten Directions of Satvas are all Transparent Bright Complete Enlightenment.

Good son, Bodies are Transparent and Bright so The World is Transparent and Bright: One World is Transparent and Bright so Many Worlds are Transparent and Bright, Many Worlds are Transparent and Bright so all over the Space of the Ten Directions and Throughout The Time of the Three Existences are Transparent and Bright.

Good son, Space is Immovable, so Complete Enlightenment is Immovable, the Four Elements are Immovable so Complete Enlightenment is Immovable, and likewise, to The Eighty Four Thousand Esoteric or Tantric Sects and Methods are Immovable so Complete Enlightenment is Immovable.

Good son, Complete Enlightenment is Transparent and Bright, Immovable and Universal so the Six Faculties are Universal throughout Dharmadhàtu, the Six Faculties are Universal throughout Dharmadhàtu so the Six Scenes are Universal throughout Dharmadhàtu, the Six Scenes are Universal throughout Dharmadhàtu so the Four Elements are Universal throughout Dharmadhàtu, and the same, all The esoteric or Tantric Sects and Methods are Universal throughout Dharmadhàtu.

Good son, Complete Enlightenment is Universal so Faculties and Scenes do not Destroy and Clutter each other, Faculties and Scenes do not Destroy and Clutter each other, so all The esoteric or Tantric Sects and Methods do not Destroy and Clutter each other. Things are compared to hundreds of thousands of lights illuminating a room, the light of any light is Universal in the whole room without Destroying and Cluttering each other.

Good son, Bodhisatvas Achieve Complete Enlightenment like that, so do not tie or open Dharmas, do not get bored with Birth-Death or desire Nirvana, do not respect Observe Rules or Hate Break Rules, do not honor Long-time Conductors or despise New Learners, because The Whole is Complete Enlightenment. This is like the eyes see scenes, The Seeing sees comprehensively Without Hatred Without Preference, because The Essence of Seeing does not have these Two Mind Perceptions.

Bodhisatvas and subsequent generations, if Conducting and Achieving Complete Enlightenment like this, then To that Complete Enlightenment itself there is No-Conducting and No-Achievement, Lighting Illuminating in a way that is Round-Filled and Transparent-Quiet, without the concept in mutual opposition. It is in this Illumination State that see numberless Worlds like Blur spots in the space emerging or disappearing with a lot of forms, seeing Dharmas are not-implicated or not-separated, not-tied or not-opened, seeing satvas are naturally Buddhas, Birth-Death and Nirvana are like Dream. Because of being like Dream, Birth-Death and Nirvana do not appear do not disappear, do not-come do not-go; for Truth Realization-Place seeing no-gain no-loss, no-taking no-dropping; for Wisdom-Enlightenment  Permanent Realization seeing no-working no-stopping, no-letting go no-ending; for Realization-Enlightenment seeing is no permanent-realization no realization-place, Ultimate end is without Realization-Enlightenment and those who have Realization-Enlightenment. Seeing like that is because all Dharmas are Equal and do not Destroy each other.

Good son, Bodhisatvas have to Conduct-Practice according to Hierarchical Means like that: Think like that, Dwell like that, Convey those artha to people who wish to find Dharma, then these people will not be hazy, confused.

Buddha would like to repeat the expounded meaning so he said the following words:

Universal Vision should know
Body-Citta of Satvas
Is Like Illusion:
Body belongs to Four Elements,
Citta relies on Six Scenes;
Four Elements are separate
Then what is called
Combination?
Conducting gradually like this
all is Transparent and Bright,
Immovable, Universal,
No-working No-Stopping
No-letting go No-ending
No people who have Realization-Enlightenment
All of the Worlds
are just like the Blur Spots
in the Space
The Past, The Present
Together with the Future
Equal to all
Ultimate end No coming
and also No going
Bodhisatvas who have just conducted
And subsequent generations
wanting to enter
Buddha Wisdom-Enlightenment
Have to try
To conduct like this./.
