COMPLETE ENLIGHTENMENT SUTRA: SPREAD, EXPRESSION AND ILLUMINATIVE MEDITATION 

Citta is neither Truth nor Untruth, so from Citta all arise. Arising creates two systems:

The Common Principles are called Untruth – all arising thoughts related to the Desire Realm, the Form Realm and the Formless Realm.

The Paramàrtha-satya is called Truth. Thoughts of saving related to Mahāyāna Supreme Truth are considered Truth. So, all Untruths are originally Truth, and complete Truth is Great Enlightenment or Complete Enlightenment.

 So Citta is illustrated as the Nature of Wetness, Water, Waves, Wave Movement and Bubbles. If all of them are frozen, they are all basically Nature of Wetness. This illustration indicates that Citta – Consciousness – Scene of Perception are Complete Enlightenment.

Complete Enlightenment shows that Citta has no border, no past – no future – no present. So, Citta covers the ten directions of the Dharmadhàtu. Citta does not stop at or dwell on any one dharma in the ten directions, and Citta does not separate from any one dharma in the ten directions. This is also called Dharmadhàtu Atmakatva.

Therefore, when practicing Buddhists Study, Apply, Practice, Use Complete Enlightenment, don’t think that the Body is just the Four Elements or Five Skandhas or Six Faculties just conditionally interacting with Citta’s Image. Instead, completely perceiving the Sutra in such śamatha-vipāśyanā is called Dhyàna-contemplation Complete Enlightenment.

Therefore, Complete Enlightenment Enlightens, Spreads and Expresses the whole Citta – Consciousness – Scene, also called Citta – Scene – Form already Completely Returned to the Supreme Truth.

Dhyàna-Samatha-vipāśyanā of Complete Enlightenment and True Meditation of the Internal True Nature without foolishly clinging onto uniqueness. So, no characteristic or practice in life and society is separated from Complete Enlightenment.

This is to make it favorable for Sangha members and Upāsaka and Upāsikā (Lay Followers) undertaking the Great Dhàtu Dàna of Bodhisatva  Dhàtu  to smoothly practice Bodhisatvas’ Way and Bodhisatvas’ Actions at the place of the life that is illusory and like real with limits and borders.
